Course Description
Prerequisite: Minimum grade of C in ELEC 131. This course provides foundational understanding of computers and industrial controls. Topics include basic operation, memory considerations, connecting peripherals, using an assembler, using a ROM programmer, programming on-chip timers, counters, serial and parallel I/O, and programming interrupts. [Semesters Offered: Spring]
